National Parks & Parks of Nature
We are strategically positioned at a 0-80 km distance from most of the national and nature parks in Croatia: Plitvice Lakes National Park, Kornati National Park, Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park, Park of Nature Vrana lak, Park of Nature Telašćica and Park of Nature Velebit.
All that, at most 80 kilometers away...

Plitvice Lakes
Among the eight national parks in Croatia, these lakes are by far the most visited.
This is the only natural site in Croatia that was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979, among the first of such sites in the world.
The National Park comprises 16 step-like lakes that flow and descend into each other over an elevation of 5460 meters. The park is divided into the Upper and Lower lakes.
The area of the Plitvice Lakes is characterized by a carbonate geological surface, numerous karstic geological forms, rare forms of surface streams and a unique relationship between the surface and the underground through various cavities.
The abundance of water and the unique character of lakes in this area is an exceptional and precious phenomenon.

Kornati Islands
In the middle part of the Croatian Adriatic lies a separate and in many respects special group of islands called Kornati.
A large part of these islands was declared a national park in 1980. The area features extraordinary scenic beauty, interesting geomorphology, indentation of the coastal line and most importantly a rich marine ecosystem.
Today, Kornati National Park covers a surface area of around 220 km2 and includes a total of 89 islands, islets and cliffs and approximately 238 km of coastline.
Besides this relatively large number of islands, the dry-land part of the park comprises no more than 1/4 of the total surface, while everything else belongs to the marine ecosystem.

Velebit Nature Park
In 1978 UNESCO listed the Velebit Mountain in its international network of biosphere reserves, within the „Man and Biosphere“ program.
According to geographical, orographic and other sources, the Velebit mountain range, one of the most significant in the narrow Dinaric area, is about 145 km long, and its average width is 14 km.
This is one of the most interesting areas for leisure tourism and active vacation. Guests can choose among a number of attractions that will fulfill their expectations and emphasize the power and significance of nature that leaves no man indifferent.
Velebit has an abundance of caves, some of which are open for visitors and some of which are earmarked exclusively for the scientific work of speleological teams.
